SURPRISE! I had one more trip booked this summer and it was to LONDON! I have never been there before and it was everything and more than I had hoped for.
Part 5: To Be Continued… The reason I wrote this series “Dating at 21” is not because I am anti-dating like some people might have assumed (hi mom). So I apologize if that is what came across.
Part 4: The “GREY” Area Every once in awhile, we find ourselves in this dreaded area of uncertainty surrounding the question of, “Are we dating?”
“I just got back from Las Vegas…I was working.” The look on everyone’s face when I tell them that is instant judgement and nervous laughter. Working in Las Vegas doing what…? Some people really have to get their head’s out of the gutter – but I love it.
One of the most challenging things I am still coping with (mentally) is fixating and stressing out about things I cannot control. I find myself getting lost in my own thoughts, made up scenarios, and end up psyching myself in + out of reality. I call this mild anxiety.
Part 3: Being Single I’m not here to lecture you about “How to be Single”, because I seriously don’t even know myself. I mean, I know what makes me happy and what doesn’t – but is that the same thing? Maybe.
This summer has been interesting to say the very least. It is already the second week of August, meaning the upcoming Fall Semester is slowly creeping up. I remember like it was yesterday, planning my trip back home, to London, and starting my first day at a new job.
Part 2: Breaking Up Sucks Have you ever stubbed your toe on the corner of a table? Do you remember that instant pain, a sudden expression of rage on your face, and then you taking the time to soften the blow by rubbing that toe? Well, that pretty much sums up a break up.
Part 1: Discover You I am probably not the best person to be giving advice about dating or relationships for that matter, but I tell myself I’m not THAT bad. Let me elaborate…
There is something super underestimated about this look. This look is NOT just for the guys…ladies, you can rock this look and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise! No more borrowing from your man’s closet, and time to invest in your very own bomber jacket.
