Over the past couple of months, I have been OBSESSED with the most basic, typical, and overpriced fruit (?) at your local grocery store. Avocados.
I have been incorporating it into my daily diet in whatever way I can. Whether it be making classic avocado toast, or blending it in a smoothie. I would like to think that I live a healthy lifestyle, but not everyone is perfect. 4/7 days of the week is a pass grade, right?
My key to avoiding the aggressive price tag of avocados is shopping for all my produce at a family-run, local grocery store. You can find me in the heart of China Town, where I usually score the best deals on all fruits and vegetables…but I don’t trust anything beyond this, yet.
What is your favourite go-to breakfast ideas? The incorporation of using avocados are highly encouraged. I am always on the lookout for new ideas and recipes to try 🙂
